We envision a world where people in underserved communities all have strong minds and healthy bodies.

In bringing together community members, nonprofit and corporate partners, and The Fit and Food Connection team, our community garden services have produced over 1,452 pounds of fresh fruit and vegetables in 2020 as a resource to the surrounding food desert community.

Fit and Food's organic garden provides direct access to fresh food that we wash, pack, and deliver out to our clients in underserved communities through our Food Assistance & Delivery service.
