A variety of special fitness series geared towards beginners
Come reduce stress and feel healthy through a variety of special fitness series offered in this FREE program.
The first 6 week series - Strength and Endurance (Aug 3 - Sept 7), will focus on building strength in key muscle groups for everyday movements and activities with the goal of being able to perform new and challenging exercises for longer periods of time. This will be designed to be beneficial for ALL beginner levels.
The second series - P.I.E. Pure Intense Exercise (Sept 14 - Oct 26), will take the skills you have developed and apply it to various style High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions. Modifications will be available for ALL levels in the meetings where you are at in terms of fitness capabilities.
