Fresh fruit season is upon us! We will be focusing on the sweeter side of spring while preparing and tasting three fruit forward dishes.
This class is all about fresh and flavorful fruits! We'll learn how to break down a variety of fruits, the best ways to store them and make and taste recipes. Participants will prepare three recipes: Cantaloupe Salad with Citrus Dressing, Strawberry-Chia Jam, and Pineapple Salsa.
