Strength Training Program for Older Adults
Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is a strength training program geared towards individuals age 50+ who are looking for a challenge in their current fitness routine. This class includes complex upper and lower body strengthening exercises using resistance from body weight, hand weights and ankle weights. This 8-week program is designed to challenge older adults in new and different ways, to help avoid staleness and plateaus, and to make activities of everyday living a little easier.
