This class is designed to be accessible to students of all ages and levels, as a great workout that implements a combination of aerobics, strength, and flexibility. With easy-to-follow sequences and exercises, you will be able to jump in to this fun and active class at any time and leave feeling invigorated.
Wear dance wear or athletic wear and socks.
No street shoes, food, or drink (except water) in the dance studio. We encourage students to arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
