In Cuisine Boot Camp sessions, campers are concentrating on learning, shopping and preparing multi-cultural dishes based on the camp’s focus, all hands-on. We are also including a session on Food in Science: How our senses work together.
This week in camp, we learn to let our taste buds branch out from the familiar foods we eat every day and stretch our foodie minds to include foods from around the world. Think Asian, Indian, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese…the world is our playground. Sushi made with the camper’s new Sushi Kit, that they get to take home. The variety is endless and every camper’s voice will be heard. This camp’s family dinner will be a United Nations Smorgasbord.
